Skate Club

Mulvey School's Skate Club participates in the  WSD/MSSA Elementary Skating Races at the Bell MTS Centre. The Skate Club practices each Monday during lunch hour at the Winnipeg Winter Club from October to the end of February. Students with all levels of skating experience are given the opportunity to learn how to skate or to become stronger skaters. With the generosity of the Laura Milner White committee, all skaters are outfitted with skates, hockey gloves, a helmet, neck guard, elbow pads, and a bag. Skaters are also allowed to borrow the equipment to use outside the school as well.
