A n-ice day for a sculpture at Sir William Osler
April 7, 2021
Our ice sculpture is complete (and unfortunately melting fast)!
Inspired by our enchanted forest, it represents a tree stump and features a woodpecker, squirrel, an owl peeking out of a hole, a birdhouse with a ledge for birdseed and a bear.
Thank you to artists and carvers Jodine Leigh and Wayne Stranger, Perter Hargraves and Lawrence Bird from Sputnik Architecture for coordinating the project and to Councillor John Orlikow for offering our school the opportunity to be part of this wonderful initiative.
