Take Pride Winnipeg comes back as Guest Readers

The team from Take Pride Winnipeg came back to read to the whole student population. They read two stories, "Benjamin plante une arbre" and "The Wartville Wizard". Both carried themes of taking care of Mother Earth. Tom Ethans from Take Pride Winnipeg then challenged all the students. He gave them the "1, 2, 3 challenge" where in the spring they find 1, 2, or 3 pieces of trash and record what they found. The classes with the most trash picked up will win prizes from Take Pride. We are looking forward to creating the cleanest community in the neighbourhood! Some of the students have already started picking up trash! MERCI!
