Many scholarships are awarded to students who are planning on pursuing a particular field of study.

Where can you find program specific scholarships?

Post-Secondary Institutions:

• Visit the website of the faculty or program you are interested in. Many of these sites have a list of scholarships that are only available to students enrolled in that faculty/program

Professional Organizations:

• Find out which professional organizations exist in your field of interest. Many organizationsprovide scholarships to students pursuing a particular field of study in the hopes that they will gain future professionals. These scholarships often include internship or summer employment opportunities. Scholarship Websites The Winnipeg School Division scholarship website has a list of available scholarships, some of which are program specific.
